We Are Voices4Vets — And We Will Be Heard

When VA cutbacks led to the cancellation of the weekly support group we all relied on, we didn’t want the connection to end there. What started as a lifeline every Thursday online became something much bigger: a brotherhood — a space to share, heal, and grow together. So, we took matters into our own hands.

We began meeting outside the VA — just a few veterans looking to keep the bond alive. But what emerged was a vision: a nonprofit that could become the permanent home for that weekly support and expand far beyond it.

Voices4Vets was born from that need — and that fire.

Our mission is simple but powerful: to support and uplift veterans in every area of life. That means continuing our weekly groups and building a place where veterans can access counseling, financial coaching, temporary housing solutions, and—most importantly—restore the camaraderie many of us have missed since hanging up the uniform.

Every one of us once wrote a blank check with our lives, pledging to serve, protect, and defend. Now, we’re writing a new check—this time, to each other.
